Welcome to Seldom Scene Farm Alpacas and Llamas, our special piece of Kentucky Bluegrass Horse Country! Our farm is nestled along the palisades of the Kentucky River near Versailles, Frankfort, and Lexington in central Kentucky. We are just three miles from Historic Woodford Reserve Distillery and Buckley Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary.

Seldom Scene is home to alpacas and a few llamas. Alpaca breeding and alpaca show stock is our specialty. We have many of the best bloodlines in the world, and are known for color diversity as well as having many elite whites originating from the Accoyo Ranch in Peru. Having raised both suri and huacaya alpacas, we now specialize exclusively in huacayas. Our Fiber and Education Studio and Shop is used for Lindy's fiber art, as well as for classes, seminars, and a gift shop. Alpaca rovings, batts, yarns and alpaca apparel are available.
